Privacy Policy
Last updated September 10, 2026
Short version: this site does not track you, we do not run ads, and we never sell your information. The only things we ever collect are your email address and first name, and only when you choose to give them to us.
Who we are
Ivory Road LLC publishes the Real Talk series and Ruby Doodle coloring books. You can reach us at hello@ivoryroad.shop.
What this website collects
Almost nothing, and nothing that identifies you. This site has no accounts and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Our regular pages set no cookies. Our free guide signup pages load a script from Sender, our email service, so that the signup form works; that script may use cookies or similar storage of its own, governed by Sender's privacy policy. It runs only on those pages.
We do run Cloudflare Web Analytics so we can see which pages people find useful. It counts page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We see totals, not people. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing tied to you.
One thing worth naming: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, the same as any site that loads a resource from another server. We do not receive that data and we do not use it.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
We collect an email address in two places. On our free guide signup pages, where a form asks for your email address and first name. And at checkout on Payhip, when you download a free guide or buy a digital product there.
The signup form is run by Sender, the service we use to send email. What you type into it goes to Sender, who hold it for us and send our emails on our behalf.
We use your email to deliver what you asked for, and occasionally to tell you about something new we have made. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the services that help us run the business.
Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also write to us and ask to be removed, or ask us to delete what we hold about you, and we will.
Purchases
We do not process payments on this website and we never see your card details.
- Digital downloads are sold through Payhip. Payhip handles checkout, payment, and delivery, and its privacy policy governs that transaction.
- Print books are sold through Amazon. Amazon handles everything about that purchase, including your data, under its own privacy policy.
For print orders, we do not receive your name, address, or payment information. Amazon reports sales to us as numbers only.
Links to other places
This site links out to Payhip, Amazon, and our social media accounts. Once you leave, you are covered by their policies rather than ours. The same goes for Sender, Cloudflare, and Google Fonts, which each handle the data described above under their own policies.
