Short version: this site does not track you, we do not run ads, and we never sell your information. The only thing we ever collect is an email address, and only when you choose to give it to us.
Who we are
Ivory Road LLC publishes the Real Talk series and Ruby Doodle coloring books. You can reach us at hello@ivoryroad.shop.
What this website collects
Nothing. This site is made of plain pages. We do not run analytics, we do not use advertising or tracking pixels, and we do not set cookies. There are no accounts and nothing to log in to.
One thing worth naming: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, the same as any site that loads a resource from another server. We do not receive that data and we do not use it.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
We collect an email address when you download a free guide or buy a digital product. That happens at checkout on Payhip, not on this site.
We use your email to deliver what you asked for, and occasionally to tell you about something new we have made. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the services that help us run the business.
Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also write to us and ask to be removed, or ask us to delete what we hold about you, and we will.
Purchases
We do not process payments on this website and we never see your card details.
- Digital downloads are sold through Payhip. Payhip handles checkout, payment, and delivery, and its privacy policy governs that transaction.
- Print books are sold through Amazon. Amazon handles everything about that purchase, including your data, under its own privacy policy.
For print orders, we do not receive your name, address, or payment information. Amazon reports sales to us as numbers only.
Links to other places
This site links out to Payhip, Amazon, and our social media accounts. Once you leave, you are covered by their policies rather than ours.
